About Chelsea
Chelsea Tinklenberg is a Professor of Art at the University of Lynchburg. She received her Bachelor of Fine Art degree at Northern Arizona University and Master of Fine Art degree at the University of North Carolina Greensboro in 2019 . In summer 2017, she was a part of the digital stone project, a residency in Italy. In summer 2018, she completed a 2 month internship at Franconia Sculpture Park, and in spring 2019, she was invited to exhibit her work as a solo show in Philadelphia’s Napoleon Gallery. She is currently experimenting with both kinetic and static sculptural forms to capture playful, comedic, movement that eludes to our ever-changing struggle to achieve balance.
